ALexANDRA GHUZZI

I’m a Creative Director based in Brooklyn, New York, with a background spanning editorial design, digital advertising, and ad tech.

I earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and began my career in publishing at Revolver magazine. I later joined Complex Media, where I expanded from print into digital advertising, before making a pivotal move into the mobile ad tech space during the DSP boom. This experience shaped my understanding of scalable creative systems and performance-driven design.

I’ve worked with global brands including Hennessy, Sephora, Nature’s Bounty, Dior, Philips, Oppenheimer Funds, Cholula, and TD Bank. Currently at Monks, I lead creative and ad operations teams delivering Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for T-Mobile—re-architecting implementations, driving change management across line-of-business stakeholders, and establishing best practices to scale performance.

I specialize in conceptualizing and executing customer-centric, omnichannel campaigns that blend strong creative with technical rigor. My ability to deliver engaging, high-performing creative solutions has consistently helped win and grow client business.
